Im vegetarian and I can tell you that being vegetarian hasnt made me thinner

7:00 AM Breakfast a bowl of cornflakes with skim milk.
10:00AM Snack – Fruit – not bananas or maybe a low fat yoghurt
01:00PM Lunch – Even though I said no beans I still make 2 soya nuggets (Protein) plus a good portion of steamed veges such as carrots, broccoli, cauliflowers etc.
03:00PM Snack – Two crackers with low fat cream cheese
06:00PM Dinner – Grilled veges ( Grilled butternut and carrots and spinach )
