You have to understand one thing. You dont gain weight in one day or one week. You cant loose weight in one day or one week either. Atleast not noticable amount of weight. If you consume 800-1200 calories a day, take more proteins and less carbs and walk for atleast half an hour every day, you will start loosing 1-2 pounds per week after the grace period of a couple weeks. Once your weight loss gets more than 10-15 pounds, depending on your initial weight, people will start noticing. The trick is, to make healthy choices your life style. In 6 months, you will be a changed person as far as looks are concerned. If diet and exercise dont give u results in 6 months, see your doctor to make sure your metabolism is normal. Girl, do not lose any more weight. You are not fat at all. Trust me, if you were any skinner, it would look unattractive. Being too underweight looks just as unattractive as being too overweight. 1000 calories is too little. Eat at least 1600-2000 calories a day. Eat more food, and at the same time eat healthy! You should learn to love yourself because you are beautiful. Confidence is the best accessory a girl can wear.
