You should eat more calories and just try exercising/ running. It should be easy to loose a few lbs with just a little exersice a day. When you dont eat enough your metabolism does not kick in which in turn you will not loose weight.

Im doing a similar diet. I'm guessing around 1.5 pounds per week. I know u should see results fast, if you stick to it. Eat something very small for breakfast to start your metabolism like a cup of juice or a low carb. granola bar...etc. Let me know how it goes for you.
